About License Distribution

Infrastructure for independent creators.

License Distribution helps creators prepare, license, distribute, publish, market, and administer content through a structured managed-service process.

Company positioning

More than a basic upload service.

License Distribution is not simply an upload portal. We coordinate the operational work required to move creator content from development to release readiness, platform delivery, rights administration, and continuing monetization support.

The managed process is designed to keep project information, files, metadata, rights evidence, approvals, delivery preparation, and follow-up activity connected to the same creator project.

Public inquiries are reviewed before any service begins. Scope, authority, ownership, requirements, approvals, and written terms must be confirmed separately for each applicable service.

Four operating pillars

Connected services around creator projects.

Each service area has its own scope, authority, approvals, requirements, and non-guarantee boundaries.

01

Licensing

Rights preparation, master authority, clearances, approvals, and opportunity coordination.

02

Distribution

Music and music-video release preparation, metadata, delivery, mappings, and platform administration.

03

Publishing

Songwriter, publisher, split, PRO, and mechanical-registration support where separately authorized.

04

Marketing

Brand readiness, launch planning, campaign coordination, content calendars, and reporting.

How the managed process works

Five stages from qualification to continuing support.

The exact workflow depends on the selected service, content type, project readiness, ownership, documentation, and approved written scope.

01

Qualify

Select the service and release type.

02

Prepare

Collect files, metadata, rights, and contributors.

03

Approve

Resolve requirements and confirm release authority.

04

Deliver

Prepare and administer platform submission.

05

Support

Track claims, publishing, marketing, and accounting tasks.

Creator ownership principles

Creators retain ownership unless rights are expressly granted in writing.

  • License Distribution does not assume ownership of creator masters by default.
  • Distribution authority, publishing authority, marketing permissions, and licensing authority are treated as separate rights.
  • Rights not expressly granted or transferred remain with the applicable creator or owner.
  • Specific services and opportunities remain subject to the approvals in the applicable written scope.

Current MVP scope

Focused on Music and Music Video first.

  • Music is an active MVP vertical.
  • Music Video is an active MVP vertical.
  • Podcast, film, book, audiobook, and other creator verticals remain planned for later phases.
  • The creator portal and automated operational workflows remain under controlled development.

The difference

Structured preparation before delivery, administration, or promotion.

License Distribution is designed around connected project information, documented authority, reviewable assets, controlled approvals, and managed follow-up—not only uploading a file to a platform.
